Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Lessons Lesson and packs must be booked in advance and are subject to court and coach availability. Clients are responsible for booking lessons online or directly with coach. 2. Payment Terms Payment is required prior to the commencement of the first lesson in the pack or on a lesson by lesson basis. Payments can be made via website or cash. 4. Cancellations & Rescheduling Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Repeated late cancellations may result in termination of the lesson pack. 5. Weather Policy In the event of rain or unsafe weather conditions, lessons will be rescheduled at no cost. The coach will determine if a lesson should be cancelled due to weather and notify the client as early as possible. 6. Coach Cancellations If a coach needs to cancel or reschedule, an alternative date/time will be offered. If no suitable alternative can be found, a lesson credit will be issued. 7. Refund Policy Lesson packs are non-refundable once the first session has been taken. Refunds for unused lessons may be issued only in cases of long-term injury or relocation, at the coach’s discretion. 8. Liability Clients participate in tennis lessons at their own risk. Bespoke Tennis and its coaches are not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property occurring before, during, or after lessons. 9. Code of Conduct Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward coaches, other players, and staff. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in the cancellation of future lessons. 10. Agreement By purchasing a lesson or pack, the client agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
